# Privacy policy — Find and Replace in Text Fields & Editors

The extension finds and replaces text in form fields and text editors on the page you are on. It has no server, no account, no analytics and no ads.

**When it runs.** Only after you click its toolbar button or press its shortcut (Alt+Shift+F), and only in that tab. It has no standing access to websites.

**What it reads.** The text of the editable fields on that page, to count and replace what you typed into "Find". Password, e-mail and number fields, hidden fields, read-only and disabled fields are skipped. Nothing it reads is stored or sent anywhere.

**What is stored, only on your device:** two checkboxes, "Match case" and "Whole word", in the browser's local extension storage. The search and replacement text are not saved.

**What is sent outside your browser:** nothing. The extension makes no network requests and loads no remote code.

**What is never collected:** personal data, page content, browsing history, analytics, advertising identifiers. Nothing is sold or shared.
